Cupcakes = Happiness

On another note, I got a package in the mail and it MADE my day! I was so

super excited that I had to share this. And after the day (or FEW DAYS rather), that

I've had, I needed some sunshine, if even for a minute! Anyway, a few months ago

I decided that since I love anything and everything cakes, and since my kitchen is

always filled with things related to cakes, and since I MAKE cakes... why not

redecorate the kitchen in a "Cake Theme". And that's just what I've done. And I

love it. It makes me happy. Cake = Happiness, right?! 

So I have a dainty little cupcake stand and days when there are no cupcakes in the house, 

it looks rather sad, so... brilliant idea #2. I looked around on Etsy and found exactly

what I was looking for... felt cupcakes!! And they can sit on my little cupcake

holder ALL the time.. not just when I've been baking! I actually ordered these

around the first of August, so the anticipation has been great. And when they finally

arrived today, in all their pretty {pink!} packaging, I was not disappointed one bit.

I love them! And they look great in my kitchen... just what I imagined! Isn't it

amazing how something as small as a felt cupcake (or 13?!) can make a day sweet!
